| i wouldnt recommend milk unless its from an "organic"/grass fed source becuse otherwise your most likly sucking down antiobiotics, hormones, and/or GMO associated chemicals as GMO feed and junk is what they typicallly feed non-grass-fed stock and typically also given lot of antiobiotics and hormones... |
