I have strong emotions i think i just don't know what thay are i don't under stand them get feelings but can't pin point them just know i can't cope with them way too strong

My dr sat down with me and asked me to do the test RAADS-R saying he I scored 213 Language score 18.0 Social relatedness score 96.0 Sensory/motor score 57.0 Circumscribed interests score 42.0 I'm at the moment can't stop thinking about what this mean can same one please explain it to me for its maki...
