I think the problem simply might be, that you are getting used to surpress or ignore your fear, and instead focus on coping. That reminds me of another thing I've noticed. I wondered if a lack of fear was something other Aspergians felt or if it's unique to me. I'm not sure that I've felt fear to the degree that most people do. I've never been scared by a horror film. Also, I do things that are perceived as brave, but that - in reality - are a reflection of an absence...

I didn't expect to be put in Slytherin, but I'm rather proud, anyhow. By the by, Slytherin isn't evil; they just produced a lot of dark wizards. Peter Pettigrew was in Gryffindor. Slytherins such as Horace Slughorn, Regulus Black, Andromeda Tonks and Severus Snape opposed the Death Eaters.
