I tend to tell myself over that I'm not real and I don't exist. (because if I don't exist than whatever is bothering me is not real either)
But I'm not sure if this helps or just causes me to shut down.

I dont know how many people on here are from Calgary, but i have been reading quite a few bad experiences regarding assessments, doctors, etc. There appear to be two options for diagnosis/assessment for adults in Calgary, one private clinic and the University of Calgary.
