I've had to do one for my bipolar disorder, I've had to keep a mood diary for a while now with what I'm doing. When I'm depressed, it's pretty hard to, but I guess watching TV or just doing nothing is well, something. If anything, it will help your doctor know how bad it's getting if you're not abl... |

Do you ever feel like this? Everyone has a job, car, girlfriend, and maybe an apartment, and here you are, still at home. I feel kinda like a ret*d or 40 year old virgin, although I am only 18. IDK. yes , my problem is it says here "activities" and am like a hermit bc of anxiety i stay home a lot so i don't know what to fill in ?

Ah, I've had to deal with anxiety most of my life even before I knew I had it. I was put on medication more for 'severe depression' which got rid of my anxiety for awhile but it didn't last long. i had requested a test for "autism" but she said i don't think you have it , just after two sessions .

diagnosed depression & anxiety , just got a call for a therapy that involves running. she said that running in combo with medicine do want to work out. am just afraid that i won't even get out my house bc of anxiety , and don't forget depression am already struggling with an activity form i need... |

A lot of the times I was homeless I had a car so that helped. I slept in one car in L.A. (in a park during the day and the West Hollywood Library parking lot at night). In Nashville I slept in a car which I kept in a Walmart Parking lot. In NY I slept in those porno theatres. They were open 24 hour... |
