fired = 3 (one of them was an internship)
run away = 2 (both were technical support= a lot of talking = anxiety , depression) |

yes , my problem is it says here "activities" and am like a hermit bc of anxiety i stay home a lot so i don't know what to fill in  ?
so am thinking what can i put on activities , i have an appointment today and need to hand in the form  |

i had requested a test for "autism" but she said i don't think you have it , just after two sessions .
that was it am now getting treated for depression & anxiety and possible trauma. |

| diagnosed depression & anxiety , just got a call for a therapy that involves running. she said that running in combo with medicine do want to work out. am just afraid that i won't even get out my house bc of anxiety , and don't forget depression am already struggling with an activity form i need... |
