Could it help if you had some people in whose company you would not need to care about it and who would know to listen it with its real meaning that is: "pla, pla ,pla" ?
It may get milder or go away with time. |

Both...it comes from inside...but like a sudden lightening. I can not decide or know in advance at all when it comes, so in that sense it feels in away like coming from outside.
Often I mix things from inside and outside. |
