Noises, social events at your place, cooking smells, borrowing items of yours, etc. At least those are things for me. The worst would be people having people over. I plan to...

It is not illogical to you and that is what is important. Do you know why showering is hard out of order? I guess you most likely don't since you don't know about why the laundry affects you that way. Other than just general panic, can you identify any other feelings especially right before the pan...

i've had a lot of one-night stands... it was part of my "self destruction" thing until recently... seemingly I am fairly good at going to a bar and then waking up with a hang over in some strangers house. Don't do it anymore though, it does leave you feeling fairly sort of empty and stuff. I think m...

I have PTSD, though it is far far better now. I had a lot of therapy though to get to where it is now, and was on medication for a long time to reduce the flashbacks and nightmares. I think a combination of support, time and therapy may be the only way to actually "recover" from PTSD, but I have hea...

I have aspergers, and I find I am attracted to others with aspergers... mainly as in general I feel more comfortable around others on the spectrum. I have dated NTs before, but it's never worked out... also dated people with other MH issues but that's rarely worked out either. In part as I find I tr...

I moved out from my parents when I was 16, well... technically a few days before I was 16. I am now 26 and about to move in with my boyfriend. In the last 10 years I have moved 19 times and in some places lived alone, others in shared houses (I didn't cope well with that), and others with my now-ex-...
