@Droppy: I can relate to most of the things you say. I am physically a woman, but I feel like having a neutral or more masculine way of thinking - soul if you wish. Biological sex has never been that important to me. My sexuality also changes, sometimes I was more attracted to men, sometimes to wome...

I can relate to what RikkiK says. ^ In the relationships I've had, I found it repulsive and tried to avoid it. Never really liked being touched, like many with AS. When relationships ended, I felt of course lovesickness, but also relief that this part of it was over... Maybe I'm gay and this would b...

It varies, but most played album on my Ipod is probably Vivaldi's Gloria. So cheerful. :)

Very nice Lushia! I don't blog - I don't have enough time for it, and I am very careful about what to put on the internet.
I do tweet, and sometimes also share articles/links about Asperger's: @ibuhre is my account.
:)

It can differ :) I like young women of about the same age as myself. I can completely fall for a very feminine girl with long blond hair  But sometimes also more androgynous girls, for instance with short dark hair and dark eyes.

Interesting topic. :) The academic world can be very businesslike in the sense that you will have to network and 'sell yourself' and your ideas, at your home university and on congresses. When there are few PhD-positions, here in the Netherlands the favourite students who network best get them.... N...

Hi, welcome to WP! I am also quite new here. I lived in London last year for my studies and every now and then still visit - I feel still connected to London! My hometown is Amsterdam. I recognise what you say about friendship/human contact. I also want to go out or spend time with a friend every no...

1. That we don't have empathy. Nonsense. 2. ''But you don't seem to have difficulties at all!'' Just because it is an invisible thing, just because I hide my real self and leave it at home, it doesn't mean I don't have to work extremely hard to make friends, or that I don't suffer pain from the slig...

I don't really know whether people notice.... :? I have never asked them, and I am probably not there when they gossip about me. I do know that I have often been called weird as a child. Also by parents of other children. At high school I was certainly different, people must have seen. I reme...

I hate them because they're a sexual trait, which I'd rather have none of. I'm okay with looking and being female in terms of non-sexual features (hair, clothes, name, style of speech etc.) But I'd rather be a being with no visible (as in visible through clothing, like boobs and curves. The lower e...

Not mad at all. I hated getting breasts and having them. Fortunately, they are quite small. I just leave them hanging around. Usually I don't wear a bra - it feels uncomfortable. Only when I go running/do other sports it is needed. One of the things I still absolutely HATE is when a man wants to tou...

Yes, I love to read. As a teenager my greatest interest was Latin/the classics, so I liked to read grammar books and translate Latin texts. I still love Latin literature and language. :) One of my other major interests is politics and (political) philosophy, so I like non fiction books about politic...

Usually I don't wear make up, but on special occasions or when I think it's necessary I put on mascara. I have light hair, so sometimes I need more expression in the face. Like when going out, singing in a concert/being on stage, or when having an important meeting. Maybe when I have a job in which ...

I'm more of a ''get out of bed, get dressed, clean teeth, brush hair for 2 minutes and then out the door'' type of woman. :D Haha, me too! Every now and then I feel a bit shabby in comparison with others, but usually not. It doesn't make me jealous of other women. I rather feel sorry for them for l...
