I agree with some of these, but I have never found very repetitive work enjoyable. I may have trained myself to seek out variety at some point. In high school I worked in the back at Wal-Mart, unloading trucks (which basically amounts to stacking and re-stacking thousands of boxes). I was good at it...

Non-whistling people, do not feel sad that you can't whistle. Maybe you have other talents instead. Example: I can't curl my tongue. :(

That's genetic, though.

I couldn't for years, then suddenly hit upon it last year. I'm not much good at it, though. I'm away from home and have no musical instruments around, so it's all I can do. And I can snap (some of) my fingers now, too. Gotta get all that music out somehow.

This is weird. I can really like someone and think they're "perfect", as in a very good match for me, but I don't deny flaws. If you do, you're not really liking the real, actual person for who they are, are you? Everyone has flaws. Sometimes they even make people more interesting, so long as they'r...

I'm diagnosed with Aspergers and I can handle some types of math. I like geometry because it's visual. To some extent (apparently better than many people)I can intuitively manipulate shapes in my imagination. Angles, degrees, etc. make a lot of sense to me, because you can physically see how they wo...

I don't drink alone. I think I have a bit of an addictive nature, and I'd rather not risk that (I already tend to overdo it on junk food. Luckily I'm naturally slender). I don't drink much socially, either. If I'm at a party, I might have a bit, but I don't really go beyond feeling a bit "buzzed". B...

I started Wado-ryu karate about seven years ago, and am now a black belt. Martial arts has grown into my main "aspie obsession". Due to the resulting tremendous amount of research, I realized that my little small-town dojo was ignorant, unrealistic, not really very good. Now I live in the big city w...
