Lüscher definitely pegs me as an Aspie ( ): 1. DESIRED OBJECTIVES OR BEHAVIOR DICTATED BY DESIRED OBJECTIVES. Desires a tranquil, peaceful state of harmony offering quiet contentment and a sense of belonging. 2. THE EXISTING SITUATION OR BEHAVIOR APPROPRIATE TO THE EXISTING SITUATION. Having d...

Most books written for adults seem to be written for parents, caregivers, or health service providers. Most of the adult-oriented books written for Aspies I've seen are specifically geared to helping Aspies deal with the college environment. (A few decades too late for me) Ironically the most helpfu...

I went back over my old Ennegram tests and discounted my high "5" score. That left me with either a 9w5 or a 9w4, depending on how much I discounted the "5" Reading the description of a 9w4 and asking myself what would the person described be like with Asperger's, I got a description that is a littl...

Before I knew about Asperger's, I still knew I thought "differently" from most of the people I know. Because of this I have always been interested in personality tests. The thing is, I've always gotten mixed signals from them. Although a few seemed spot-on, most seemed to "get' me wrong. In some, re...

Thanks for the welcome everyone. Montjuic-- I don't normally save the "flowers" since I make so many of them, and I don't have anywhere to upload them that I could connect with an IMG tag. I might make an avatar out of one or two, though. One thing I haven't seen yet in this thread, but which I'm su...

I'm a little more visual. I create what I call "Knights Tour flowers" In Paint, or Photoshop or whatever, I open a blank document and place a single black pixel somewhere near the center. Then I change the brush color to a very dark red (or blue or green), and mark the eight pixels a chess knight's ...
