i can relate to this. i have a dampened emotional affect. most of the time i don't show any emotion at all. When i do show emotions, the expressions are very subtle.
This is a common aspie trait.

I have been trying to figure out what a meltdown is, but i am still confused. Please describe what a meltdown is, what happens during a meltdown, what a meltdown feels like, etc. please be as descriptive as possible. any info regarding meltdowns is appreciated.

So earlier this mourning I texted my aspie gf and woke her up. I didn't realize she was still asleep and she got really angry and upset at me. She has been upset all day long. can anyone help me understand why she got so upset at me? What effect does waking someone up with AS have on them? Please Help
