i can relate to this. i have a dampened emotional affect. most of the time i don't show any emotion at all. When i do show emotions, the expressions are very subtle.
This is a common aspie trait. |

I have been trying to figure out what a meltdown is, but i am still confused. Please describe what a meltdown is, what happens during a meltdown, what a meltdown feels like, etc. please be as descriptive as possible. any info regarding meltdowns is appreciated.

| So earlier this mourning I texted my aspie gf and woke her up. I didn't realize she was still asleep and she got really angry and upset at me.
