And like I said, if you are physically attractive to others, you can get away with a lot. I've people pay attention to me while I ramble on about stuff because I'm considered 'bangable'. |

Hi, I'm diagnosed ADHD and I've finally self-diagnosed myself as Aspie. I'm trying to figure out how both conditions would affect each other. I know this combo is not uncommon but there doesn't seem to be some section/sticky for ADHD and Aspie together on wrongplanet. The ADHD meds don't do too much... |

Yes, I think it's not mutually exclusive. My ex would be considered kind of cool although he's waiting for a diagnosis but he wasn't considered cool in school. I think it helps if you are attractive. The more gorgeous you are the less effort you have to make. And if you make an effort to dress nicel... |

Hi Layla Don't know what to say about pain with sex. I had pain and sometimes still have it depending on the position but I like sex and change positions when I need to. Lubrication is very important. And do what makes you comfortable. I can't just use pads though unfortunately. Heavy flow. I don't ... |

I do have some heels but rarely wear them. I have two pairs I have never worn. But they are pretty and I like the shape. I have some shorter heels. If I wear them for whatever reasons, I will carry a small pair of flats. I can only tolerate them for a few hours and they come off. I walk around baref... |

Urgh. I'm wiggling my shoulders just imagining it. I try to subtly disengage. I assume the person doesn't mean it intentionally although it's uncomfortable. I now become distracted from the conversation while I try to resolve the problem of getting away from that hand. Stretching my arms or 'acciden... |

How do we really know how humans from the paleolithic behaved though? We can assume (and archaeologists seem to always assume everything was about religion) but not really. People assumed for many years that early men went hunting and early women gathered. Which has been discovered it's not so true.... |

Journaling my personal interactions sounds like a good idea actually and very helpful. Thank you. Maybe the difficulty is in your real-time processing function? When life is happening to you, its hard to observe effectively while simultaneously determining meaning, evaluating potential responses and... |

I do enjoy the little social interactions that other people do (when I'm not involved). I don't understand why I have so much trouble in social interactions when I study people. I like studying humans as you would study gorillas. I mean researchers hang out with say kangaroos and recognise what they... |

I'm curious as to how much behaviour is ascribed as female or male. I've seen a few comments that say they are female but have behavoiurs ascribed as more male. I am aware that Western norms classify some of my behaviour as more male than female, quite a lot. I don't care. But I classify myself as f... |

Seems to be a bit of an odd survey and I don't understand the purpose of it relating hair colour and ASD. Most humans have dark brown to black hair, consequently it would seem most ASDers would too. Unless you are saying that ASD is only found in certain groups of people which might be unfair and ra... |

Welcome. I'm not diagnosed but after educating myself on what Aspgerger means, it started to explain a lot of stuff going back to when I was a child, like a brain explosion of realisation. So here I am. I get the same dismissal as you. Well, hope you enjoy your time here. |

I like falcons, I like the detective Falco from Lindsey Davies's historical novels about an informer (detective to us) under Vespasian. Recommend! I also like the god Horus. I use various usernames involving falcons, Horus etc. Falcons fall like a nemesis and like judgement from the sky. I'm a human... |

The types of obsession changes. For me I have practical aspects and just gathering information. When I'm depressed, I graze at my special interests. I surf the internet, get ideas, save them but don't do anything practical When I'm happy, I graze less, but I still do but I'm able to do actual stuff.... |

Such an interesting topic. I've begun to suspect I was AS and the only way I could to think to describe my issues before I suspected Aspergers to people was the uncanny valley syndrome. I haven't seen anyone else describe it like that and two people on here came up with this. I have ADHD and dysprax... |
