| So i had to to talk with HR last Friday about the noise in the office. They told me no on my request to move my desk without even listening to my plan. And I was told they are already accommodating me and they just can't see how they can do anything else. I told them it was fine - my desperate need ... |

| I am not sure.... I have been told by others that I handle it very well. But they do not see the head banging that happens after the event. I tend to have serious rage at certain triggers and it feels like I am going ballistic with rage... but after the event and when I am feeling so horrid about it... |
