I do. I go to a christian school, so my classmates are probably on the slightly more mature side. But I'm often finding myself looking down on their immaturity, and I am regarded as one of the more mature people in the school. This was especially true in the first few years when most didn't know me ...

I don't know many other aspies but I am one, and my friends, both boy and girl, often say I'm good at complimenting girls. Boys often ask me for advice too 8) . It probably stems from my family being mostly female. But anyway: 1. Focus on non sexual things. Trust me, it makes misunderstandings less ...

Your post hints towards Aspergers, because it is common for an aspie to have such a memory. Also, many sensory disorders are associated with Aspergers, mainly the one that makes us notice too much, I can't remember what it's called

I am truly a brony. But I am not fond of the perverted side of the fandom. I like multiple ponies equally, but I don't have much merch, but I don't have much of any kind of merch.

New member here (NT, or so I'm told)...arrived @ this site in the course of research/info gathering. I'm going to start hanging out here more - you guys are hysterical - seriously. The diagnostic criteria for Aspergers is an IQ above 70. Statistically by excluding people on the lower end of a scale for Asperger diagnosis the average intelligence of Aspies will be above the average of the general population. Psychologists acting on the stereotype that only people with above av...

Individuals who are labeled with Asperger's Syndrome must, by definition, have an average to above-average intelligence level. This is exactly what I am talking about; where is the proof for this claim! I know for a fact that this is fallacious. My ex partner works with aspergers kids, who by the w...

Well, I can't tell you what to do next, I'm very disconnected with all of that (but then again we aspies are like that). But I can tell you that a textbook knowledge won't be much help. I know this from experience, e.g I know a lot about how male and female psychology works for someone my age. But I...

That would be a ridiculous notion. God made me with Aspergers, and I'm glad for it. If someone told me they would "cure" me I would promptly push them into a meat grinder.

I'm sure when I'm in my 30s, find a job that I can handle, and am talking to women with responsibilities and a the party is over attitude, that my dating life will get better. When I was in my 20s I thought the same thing. The same stuff happened all through my 30s. I'm 41 now and after all my work...
