| I used to be a take your shoes off guy (back in CA), and yes I agree, it's the way to go for keeping your floors tip top. Here, I painted my floors with an epoxy paint after I moved in. I wake at 4am every day.
Have 6 cups of coffee/read internets/email until 5am.
Walk 4.5 miles. (The sunrise here is beyond words.)
Home by 6:30.
Misc. until I leave for work at 7:30am.
In bed by 9pm. |

Its an app. that tracks your workouts with a GPS/phone. It'll tell you calories burned, your avg. speed, etc.
I use it mainly for walking and cycling, but it can be used for most moving exercise.
Anyway, just curious.
