I wake at 4am every day.
Have 6 cups of coffee/read internets/email until 5am.
Walk 4.5 miles. (The sunrise here is beyond words.)
Home by 6:30.
Misc. until I leave for work at 7:30am.

In bed by 9pm.

Its an app. that tracks your workouts with a GPS/phone. It'll tell you calories burned, your avg. speed, etc.

I use it mainly for walking and cycling, but it can be used for most moving exercise.

Anyway, just curious.

Okay, so it starts with buying a foreclosed house that had bats roosting in the enclosed space above the front door. After I moved in, I tried to discourage those bats by hanging up CD's, and by leaving the lights on, and by poking at them with a long stick from the ground... None of that worked. So...
