I've always had trouble with this. I'm pansexual which make things complicated in the first place, but I also develop almost unhealthily close relationships with my friends. This is causing serious complications in my current close friendship and I have no idea how to proceed. I'd like to date someo...

I guess a good way to tell if someone is interested in you is to observe how they act toward other people. For example, the thing about "smiling suggestively" is no help if you don't have a basis for how a person usually smiles. I suppose if they only tilt their head and raise their eyebro...

When I'm really anxious I get tremors in my arms (usually the left one). If it's really bad, the muscles seize up painfully. My neck also twitches, making my head jerk, usually to the left side. When I'm on the brink of a panic attack I have sporadic convulsions usually affecting my limbs, but somet...

Hi, nicola2401! I am 17, so I haven't had experience with parenthood. I do, however, have a parent with asperger's syndrome. I'll tell you about my relationship with him, because I think it might help with your situation... My dad doesn't like to talk to me about him having aspeger's. I didn't even ...

I see this "it's the Thomas' fault" argument to justify the killer cops. Do you people know what their options were in this situation? Sitting in judgement of them, as sitting in judgement of Thomaas himself, is what those who want to praise the killer cops do. I don't think that anyone was saying ...

I think that the rampant police brutality, which we don't see in other Western nations on this scale, is an indirect result of the American gun culture. In a country where the ratio of guns to people is about 1:1, it is easy to see why the consequently extremely dangerous police work attracts many ...

If Kelly Thomas' parents loved him so much, then why did they let him become a homeless vagrant? Now he's dead. [opinion=mine] Seems to me that they could have had him declared "Non Compos Mentis", institutionalized him, kept him off the streets, and thereby kept him alive; but they didn't, so now ...

I've been reading about Kelly Thomas and I'm kinda freaked out. The police in my area (Ojai, California) aren't very violent and most of them know how to act around schizophrenics and neural atypicals, but it seems to be getting out of control in other places. Are the police forces slipping? Are the...

Hi! I have the same thing. I identify as "tri-gender" or genderqueer. I am physically female, but I identify as female ~20% of the time, male ~30%, and neither ~50%. I don't want to birth children, as the whole process kinda freaks me out. I do, however, hope to adopt some day. I prefer "masculine" ...

Ey! <waves/>
I am a female who identifies as tri-gender. ~20% female, ~50% a-gender, ~30% male. Yeah, confusing.
Really funny trying to explain this to my best friend, a heterosexual cis-male.
