The rating system is there for a reason, kids should never be exposed to such material, period. I think that's up to the parents to decide, so you raise your children as you see fit and please allow me to raise mine as I see fit, mmkay? I was watching Rated R movies when I was 11, buying "Explicit ... |

Plus, based on what you've said, Russia is pretty much the same as the USA then. It's not quite there yet, but it's heading in that direction. There are some similarities between the US now and Cold War Russia, especially with spying on citizens and the propaganda news agencies. We haven't yet gott... |

Well, it's nice that you can "agree to disagree", however despite my views, I would not mind your take on what I've written. Maybe your take on something is something I haven't heard or thought about. |

To keep my cholesterol at a happy number, I keep with lean meats. I like certain flavors and textures and rarely do I like to mix things. My wife and kids like mashed potatoes mixed with corn. I don't. While I like both, I don't like them combined. It's just an odd mix of textures. Also, when I dri... |

The difference is that under UHC, life saving decisions regarding who recieves treatment and who doesn't is made by doctors and is made according to the interests of the patient. Under the American style system where the patients first point of contact is the insurance companies, the same decisions... |

I've also had some peculiar eating habits from early on and I tend to eat the same things over and over. Drives my wife and kids nuts. Right now I'm enjoying canned chicken and microwavable rice for lunch for the 3rd day straight. I usually keep the same food routine, especially when I'm out o... |

I'm a proud American and I don't have a solid understanding of healthcare issues, I'm asking what the very main reason for opposing the Obamacare law or UHC is. The U.S. Government is run by Cronies and Incompetent Jackasses, and is corrupt to the center. ruveyn ...because health insurance companie... |

Obamacare isn't a bargin. It's a corporate subsidy, that's making the private healthcare system a even bigger burden on the economy. Politicians won't give us anything we want unless we go out in the streets and scare the crap out of them, or if some other businesses (also effected by the highway r... |

Let me say this first off - the two party system the US has is a ruse. Both are for big government (I throw the BS flag on Republicans who say they're "fiscally conservative" as it was the Republican party, historically, who have been the "government glutton" and the Democrats have done well to unab... |

^ Definitely agree there. Thomas, I don't think you totally understand what Libertarians stand for, whether it's the modern sense or classical sense. |

Kaspersky Internet Security should be good enough for your needs. PURE probably has bells and whistles you don't need and they might've been the problem before. When you get into security suites that do just about everything, sometimes that makes things worse than if you had nothing. Here's a forum ... |

Some background first - by trade I am an IT technician - basically a PC break/fix guy. One of my specialties used to be virus detection and removal. Side note - one of the best things about being an Aspie is the awesome databank we have in our heads, and I put that to great use. Learning and knowing... |

In my personal experience, I purchased a Lenovo Lynx 11.1" full version (not RT) Windows 8 tablet to replace my laptop that I only used during my jobs and primarily did email/web browsing (which I gave to my oldest daughter to replace her POS laptop). I travel for work 2-3 times a year for a month a... |

I may blurt out some violent things uncontrollably when I get frustrated with a game but overall they help me deal with those thoughts. Nothing calms my desire to kill more than a virtual killing spree in Saints Row or GTA, or some zombie slaying in Lollipop Chainsaw or Left 4 Dead. I used to use G... |

There are a lot of variables at play; mental state/capacity, innate nature, home environment, school environment, etc. A child who has not been properly taught right from wrong, and that "cartoon violence" (even as realistic as the games are) is just that - play/pretend violence - and that performin... |

I am a self-diagnosed Aspie married to an NT woman for over 4 years and next week will mark 5 years being together. This is my second marriage and her third and she has two girls from her first marriage. Initially, as in most all relationships, things were fine during the "honeymoon phase" and the "... |
