hello, sorry if this is a bit muddled but hopefully it will make enough sense. i have been in my job for 4.5 years. everything was OK up until i had some severe mental health problems a couple of years ago which ended up with me being diagnosed with ASD (things had been 'wrong' my whole life but th...

I am HFA all the time that my EF is in check and i totally relate to the person who said this fluctuates with stress and anxiety factors. for my, it is all abou...

like many of us here, i'm a HFA but with a lifetime background of vague and various deep rooted "issues". i went through hell during childhood & teens but also became very adept at masking my asd-isms but after the 'wheels fell off' a couple of times, i eventually was diagnosed ASD in ...

thanks so much for these replies, i am so appreciative of the valuable input and have taken all of the points made on board. i am keen not to charge in to this with emotional feelings and rather yes, play it out cooly and calmly and collect all the evidence for my hand before making any formal moves...

I absolutley hate all the greetings type of stuff, I would far rather skip them all and just say something that is relavant later. I'm sure I sometimes seem rude because I skip the 'how are you?' 'how was your weekend' type of stuff a lot but I have also conditioned myself for years to play along, s...
