Same here. Happens all the time. I've gotten yelled at while at work because I stared straight at something I'm supposed to grab and couldn't see it. It's hard to convince anyone, including yourself, that you aren't a moron when that happens on a daily basis. |

They could be checking availability. That doesn't mean that they'll automatically ask you for a date, even if they're interested. Men get shy and have insecurities, too. Or maybe they're checking availability and then chatting further to see if they're interested. It may just be small talk. These t... |

I think, before anyone can answer this for you, a few things need to be made clear.
In your perspective, what aspects/ideas that occur within and as a result of pornography are unethical? |

I've seen him live twice now. His show is incredible; there were at least a dozen costume changes, hilarious shticks in between songs, and film clips with faked celebrity interviews or TV excerpts that mention Weird Al. I've also memorized White & Nerdy, making me an excellent companion at Karao... |

This song hits me so hard. I'm not usually a fan of sappy love stories but this one makes me get all emotion. I don't quite cry, but I've come close. THE FOLLOWING SONG IS VERY NSFW. Strong language and mature themes. It's a heartbreaking... |

I love my vinyls! I'm a child of the 90s, so normally I wouldn't know anything about them. A high school friend's mom was going to just get rid of her collection, so I offered to take it off her hands. I have a bunch of old Jazz, Fusion and Swing records, that are great to pop in when I need to clea... |

Church and nature stuff is chock full of families and senior citizens. Waste of time if you're looking for free (single) men and women your age. Concerts and bars are usually where singles my age (I'm 24) go, but they always seem to travel in packs, making it difficult to join anyone. I would sugges... |

My dad (like me) has Asperger's, and after my parents divorced my mom did the exact same thing. Kept trying to turn me and my siblings against my dad, while interrogating us. It drove me insane to the point where I don't even talk to her anymore. It makes me sick to imagine that separated parents us... |

There's so many questions and concerns floating around these threads, so I thought I would mix things up by sharing a success story. It all started out with a prank, but ended up helping me with identifying who my good friends are and aren't (not an easy thing for an NT, much less one of us!) I chan... |

I would say, if you're 35 like your profile says, and this hasn't happened to you yet, it probably won't. |

A newspaper article recently caught my eye about researchers at UCSD in the United States possibly identifying an enzyme that "enables" Autistic Spectrum Disorder. I'm no scientist, and I was at work and wasn't able to look over the article as closely as I would have liked, so I can't tell exactly ... |

I've talked to a few neurotypicals about this kind of thing. I'm told that everyone feels anxious about meeting with someone they're attracted to. Some just hide it better. On the rare occasions I can get a girl to go out with me, I'm also super nervous. I've learned to enjoy the anxiety, though, if... |

Having a few online classes have been a Godsend for me: Communication through email instead of talking, open book tests (I'm terrible at memorizing facts and dates), and the ability to get assignments done early if I want. For some classes, I don't think I would do as well without the in person feed... |

As long as I can remember I've always had issues with my motor skills. I couldn't master cutting a piece of steak until I was in middle school, and I'm still not as smooth as everyone else at the table. I've always been behind my peers even in the simplest physical games. Now that I'm an adult I eit... |
