I have no idea how to. I don't really show much body language usually and have often fancies people and not known how to show it. I mostly fancy more feminine people (usually, though not exclusive people identified as a woman) and the body language is haaaarrrrrrrrrd. I get afraid of rejectio... |

Grainxs, I don't know if you have first hand exprrience of being trans, but some of my friends have had a hard time because of it. I'm designated female at birth and ID as agender and present as androgynous and totally open to dating neurodiverse trans people. I don't know if I'm trans as I feel gen... |

It's really interesting to see the fluidity of gender here... Good luck to people who are transitioning physically or socially to be who they really are. I identify as agender, in that I was assigned female at birth, but don't feel like I have a gender identity. I don't know if I identify with trans... |

I often get agitated at routine changes. My life is a bunch of lists.... I have in my mind the way I want to do things and if I can't, I get stressed. This happened a lot house sharing, when I couldn't cook if flatmates were in the kitchen and also, if somebody moves something out of place. |

I don't understand what "in love" means, but in dating I wouldn't ask a partner to be monogamous, though I rarely fancy anyone. It doesn't bother me if somebody sees other people (so long as honesty is there).
I know a few poly people and it works for them. |

I think society is so contradictory... You have the idea of undeserving poor as an excuse to cut benefits which really hurts people. What I don't understand is the disclosure of information when the change is in their control. I'm bipolar, so know it can be hard... I don't know how to react. My ex g... |

Does anybody else not understand why some people get upset about certain things, or why they're in bad situations because of things like their lifestyle or actions? I remember having a conversation with a big woman who was saying smokers shouldn't get NHS treatment for their conditions because it's ... |

I can't post links up as I'm a newbie, but the Bipolar UK website has a lot of resources on it, including mood diaries (just google "Bipolar UK mood diaries"). Maybe if you keep a diary over a few months, noting things like medication, alcohol and drug use, hours you slept and so on. NHS processes c... |

I'm visiting the autism service for the first time in a couple of weeks and was wondering what to expect. I already have a diagnosis of bipolar 2 and dyspraxia, so I've been in and out of various health services since childhood (due to other conditions as well). I'm 30, female and going through NHS ... |

I identify as "agender", so completely outside of the spectrum. I don't feel like any of the usual binary stuff applies to me.
I'm hoping to drop some body fat, as the fat distribution on me makes me look more female. |
