I was recently speaking with a nurse who had a patient who had (in an earlier sequence of procedures) trans fem to male. The process made me blanch. Wow. Courage and determination. Really opened my eyes/

sometimes I feel as if I'm in danger of vanishing because I have to censor myself so often. What is the point of me being here? Some people assume that my observations are negative when they are just observations - and I can't help it that I notice things earlier than most other people. I try not to...

Alice, you have a very valid point, I am just looking for answers. I have been told that my son is autistic and also that he is aspergers. To me he is the same boy he always was and I love him no matter what. To me it is not a competition, I jsut want to know one way or the other so I know the best...

Sometimes I wonder if it really is my delivery that sucks or whether NTs use my autism as an excuse. Perhaps it is not so much an AS/NT contrast as much as just sheer plain rudeness or intolerance to critcism.
