(Please don't hate me for discussing this. I'm only explaining how I feel and what I went through growing up.) This might sound extremely crazy - especially given the circumstances of what happened on June 26, 2015 - but the reason why I ask this is because I, as a man with Aspergers, am afraid of g...

I know this is a little late, but here is the link to the audio recording I made in 2011.

Just to clarify another thing, when I was in elementary and intermediate school, the alarms in the classrooms were just strobe lights only, but in elementary school, a siren was played over the intercom during an alarm (which made my fear worse at the time). That change took place starting in my 3rd...

When I was in grade school, the mascot was usually the cougar or wildcat, depending on which school I went to.

I hated them. I can't believe they wouldn't let you hold your ears! I'm so sorry that happened. That is just cruel. Were you diagnosed then? If you ever have an autistic child, you can try to get something in his/her IEP about fire drills. They might not let him/her out before the alarm rings, but ...

I am one of them, and it's a very troubling thing to talk about regarding school, because although I know what to do when there's a fire, however, it only awoke the want for power in order to protect my children (should I ever have kids with autism someday)... It's a long story, but I would like to ...

I've been subjected to bullying by teachers all my life, and it has pushed me to the point where I just want to do something about it, but I just can't... When I was in kindergarten, my teacher was fed up with me crying every day, which was a result of my fear of fire drills/alarms. It was bad enoug...

I only watch anime with subtitles if it's the only option available. Other than that, I strictly watch dubbed anime.

Not long ago, I wrote a story that I hope will sell well... It's called Puzzling Love - Part I: Distant Meeting . It's the story of an autistic college student who gets in a long-distance relationship, and how the two of them began to fall in love with each other. It ends on a cliffhanger, but my fi...

In response to this, I am more into the classics from the mid 80s to late 90s, such as Sailor Moon, Dragon Ball, Slam Dunk, Ranma ½, and InuYasha. Though, I have been watching some recent shows like Vividred Operation, Silver Spoon, and Excel Saga.

Good day, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Chris, and I am fortunate enough to join this forum. I am 20 right now (though as of the time I'm posting this, I will be 21 next Tuesday). I was diagnosed as an Aspie prior to entering Kindergarten in 1998, though I did not discover my disorder until prior...
