Some nights especially before a big project I sleep with a twenty pound weight vest laid on my back. Days where I have had too much sensory input I sleep with little to no clothing. Sometimes a combination of both.

I agree with almost everything on here except the emergency services. I think Aspies can be good paramedics policeman or firefighters because we react less emotionally in times of stress.
