God no!! ! .. don't do that!! ! ... just call him up (no ... |

Maybe they made an exception for him because of his problem with contact? I hope you make an exception to avoid touching. I don't recommend trying to be anything but his friend until he makes a move. I have been mistaken as gay, because of my teeth/smile, and I would freak out in this kind of situa... |

Me trying to act "normal" is nothing like my real personality ... and by the end of the day I'm exhausted
It's much more relaxing to just be myself, and not over-analyze (or over-compensate) in every single social situation |

I made friends with a NT woman, in my psych. class, and we talk about how we both work(ed) with low functioning ASD kids. I can tell she enjoys talking about ASD with me, but I'm not sure if she suspects I have AS. I don't really know when I should bring it up, or if I ever should, because without a... |

Am I the only one afraid of these things? Am I being really silly? No, not at all. My psychologist is moving away, and I had a REALLY hard time saying goodbye. She tried to assure me that my next psychologist will be nice, but I have a hard time trusting new people. I'm not looking forward to start... |

Did anyone notice more sensory overloads, when coming off Risperidone? Or an increased memory of your childhood? I've been slowly reducing my dose, over the last year, with %10 reductions. The withdrawal side effects sound worse than the drug's side effects, so definitely go slow if you want to redu... |

I try, but the squealing and shrieking at the pool made me just say "screw it", and I took him home. I loved the water, as a kid. It's very calming. Especially when my ears go under water, and the world goes completely silent. I think the ocean, and swimming, really helped me. Sometimes it was the ... |
