Burning trouble with Goldstar CED 8080B and fujifilm discs.

I have trouble burning discs with my Goldstar CED 8080B drive and fujifilm discs. Someone suggested that new firmware might help, but I can't find any that doesn't require a floppy drive, witch I don't have.

Can anyone help me?

have you tried using a USB Flash Drive instead of a floppy for firmware upgrades because i have tried them fo:r BIOS updated and they work just fine
