I like Forth, because I am closer to the system than I'd be with other languages. Since the first programming language always(?) is the one, you like, I also like Pascal (not too much ASCII soup)
Fortran, Focal, COBOL, RPG II, Algol, Coral, LISP, Snobol, BASIC, ....
Lots of asemblers. JCLs. Shell scripts.
Ah! The joys of
Forth.
All time language - C.
Then
Pascal - a lovely language, and even better when Delphi'ed.
Then TURGID C++
Next C#, which let me program at the C level, when I wanted, but with the rigour and power of Pascal.
....
Favourite? All of them! (except C++ and tedious Intel m/c).
