I have Windows Live Mail on my old laptop that I'm fixing to sell. However even after uninstalling and reinstalling it I still can't get me e-mail information off of it and make it were it won't sign on to my account even after clicking cancel on login.

Please, I promised a clean windows install and can't afford a customer using my e-mail account.

Did your laptop come with restore CDs or a restore partition? I would probably be best to use those as everything gets wiped and reloaded back to the way it was when it was new.

Is the folder in the programs directory deleted? And it's probably storing data under the appdata (or some similar name) folder in the user folder (c:\documents and settings[user]\your username) so just delete that, it will be named the same as the program

The email info is stored in your appdata folder as mentioned by supahneko (which may be a hidden folder). I have the exact link at home as I back up all my Windows Live mail to HDD (for Vista but it should be similar for other OSs) that I can post later when I get home.
