Just tried and it works fine on Netscape, follow these steps:

1- get shockwave player: --> link
(in drop down menus select: System: Intel, Browser: Safari, your language, and Install: Full)
2-install it
3-get netscape: --> link
(select Netscape 9.0.0.6 Mac OSX)

Thanks! I did download Netscape and was able to install it. So far Bullpen Blast works pretty well on it. I'm so happy I'm able to play this game again.
