I got a ipod nano 4gb (4th gen). I mostly listen to podcats and have a few albums on it so don't need much space. Its probably due to fail soon since I used it daily for 2 years now. I will replace it with an itouch just so I can have a few games on it too

OP, if its got android and u can access the android market you can get some games from there for free

I have a couple of Samsung S2s - the little "pebble" ones, two gigabytes apiece. They wander randomly through whatever collections are on them and when I get bored I reload one with something different.

I know about the sound enhancement stuff, but I'm half deaf anyway - if it rocks me it's good enough. And radio - I've always found that people spend a bit too much time trying to impress you with how brilliant they are when there's a live mike in front of them. When I was a kid, I'd spend my nights glued to Radio Caroline and her sisters. These days I listen to more old stuff than new.

I use my PSP to play media files on the go. It would be nice if it could play OGG vorbis files

I used to have a first-gen 2gb ipod nano with the rockbox firmware installed on it, but that one died a few years after I got it. Its replacement is a 4gb creative zen, but it has the white screen of death on it so it might as well be a creative branded shuffle.

I've been thinking of replacing it with an 8gb ipod touch, but thats more for the pda functionality than mp3 playing.

I have a 8 GB Sansa Fuze. Never had any trouble with it, sounds great, very nice screen, easy to use, and very compact.
