Blu-Ray does yet not support 4K but rather 4K downconverted to 1080p. 4K content can be streamed over the internet.

Blu-Ray maxes out at 720p at 60 frames per second in 3 dimensions.

I think Blu-Ray is better, as you can view them after they stop supporting the format, unlike Streaming where they control what you can watch when.
