Upload your picture to a website like http://imageshack.us/ for hosting. then when you post on wrong planet click on the small icon "insert image" above where you type your message. then paste the link to your picture hosted on http://imageshack.us/

Thats my backup computer - the new good one had a bad Mother Board and woulden't POST so its getting some love right now

I use my family's PC so don't expect a fancy desktop like yours.

Also, when resizing it to erase any white bits around the edge, I cut off the bar at the bottom.

But here it is anyway

I couldn't make it any bigger because Paint plays up but it can still be seen what it is.

PS. Having both Norton and AVG running at the same time is probably not too good an idea. I always suggest to people that, if they have Norton and are happy with it, then they should stick with it until 1) the (free?) subscription runs out, 2) It annoys you, or 3) It wrecks your system. Unfortunately, these three events do not reliably occur in the order I have given.
