I agree Safari has been my default browser for over 10 years. I also am having very good luck with Firefox 24. Seems very stable, and AdBlock Plus is fantastic. My only real issues with Firefox 24 is the lack of integration with OS X. Too many basic features are missing. Firefox is the only browser I can use to get rid of video ads at the current time. So it's currently my browser for watching video. Chrome is good too, but I hate all the spyware on it, and Google is the most freakin evil company around today.
