My cousin has a computer and it has the "Black screen of death" where after loading, the part that is supposed to login is a black screen with a mouse pointer that works. I have tried rebooting with safe-start and gone through afew of it's settings but not working, also the black screen always appears, not like the usual Ksods' I have read about on the internet.
And that computer is their only one with internet.
What are causes of Ksod in a toshiba laptop?
What cures are there for it?
Is it a virus like they said it probably is?
