OK Techknow- Nothing here. I'm trying to teach myself how to use a computer by trial and mostly error. In order to use HTML do you have to disable BBCode? I'm just trying to add a signature and my account page has both enabled. I don't even know what they are but that's another issue.

Only standard text is allowed in the signature, any attempts at code, will not work. It will just show what you typed. The main body of the post should let you presuming you meet the criteria

I tried to enter a signature some time ago and it wouldn't show up.Yes, I hit submit. I'm just trying to figure out why. I know nothing of codes.

(255 characters max. Type your signature with HTML coding)...This is what I'm referring to.

Disregard "HTML coding" and simply use standard text. An embedded link is permitted if it is not linked
to an offensive site or contain a damaging script. Image sigs are not permitted either. My signature is a link to an image of a collage I cobbled together from screen-shots.

Then I have no clue as to why it didn't show up. I probably missed something obvious. I'll try again later. Thanks for the help. Now I know what the problem isn't and that's progress. :)
