There are lots of software products that scan for and delete viruses. If the computer is running Windows, it probably has Windows Defender, so you can use that. If the OS is completely disfunctional, or if you are having trouble getting anything to work, you can get a live CD or other bootable device with an operating system on it and boot off of that. Insert the disk, turn the computer on, and hit one of the F keys (you might have to experiment with this to find which one) while it's booting. This will bring you to a menu that asks you where you want to boot the operating system from. Booting from a disk will give you a clean, uncorrupted OS to work with.
Sometimes you need to reinstall the operating system. And if nothing else works, you can boot from a disk into a temporary OS, back up all your data, erase your hard drive (this can be done by typing "format c:" at the command prompt) and then reinstall the operating system. You have to be extra careful when doing this, though, because it can lead to data loss. It is, however, the only 100% failproof way to get rid of malware. That's all the advice I can give you. My knowledge of computers and computer troubleshooting is not complete, but I know some of the more common sense stuff like what I just told you.
Thank You LordoftheMonkeys for the instrucciones. I willTry this out also! If nothing works to Fix this Problem,[I have 'windos] At some point up the time line I am going to Purchase a 'Mac OS X'. Reason? Having computer difficulties really shakes the fruit out of my trees!
