Alright what is qtgui4.dll?

my computer's saying that it can't install a program because it can't' locate qtgui4.dll. i looked it up and couldn't find anything in plain speech.

It's a dynamic link library; usually either part of the Operating system, or an Application. it's code that can be shared by several apps, the OS, etc.

Try google; you'd be surprised how many filenames can be found that way.
