I'm using Windows 7 (64bit) and my brother's PC (who the printer is connected to) is using Vista (32bit). Here's a screenshot of the main printer settings:

My brother has the latest printer drivers for the printer for vista, and I'm using the drivers for the printer supplied by windows 7. When I try to print a test page it goes through succesfully. When I try to print anything else, the printer will flash once to seem to indicate that it will start and then it will stop flashing and the print job never prints.

I really don't know what do, as I've had Windows 7 (32bit) on a trial in the past and we got the printer connection to work but this time we can't figure it out.

Thanks in Advance,
Andy...

Could you post a pic showing the contents of the 'Sharing' tab? That might explain more.

You need to add the 64-bit driver of the printer in Sharing > Additional Drivers... on the computer the printer is connected to.

Where do I find the 64 bit drivers?

Is that a HP? Naturally, goto HP's website.
When you run the installer, it may complain about wrong version. But before closing the dialog, go to the temp folder and copy the drivers from there.

My brother added the 64bit drivers to his printer and I still can't print from my computer. All I can print is the test page...

Find and disable "advanced printing features" on the computer the printer is connected to.

Unchecking it didn't work at all.

Is the 32-bit driver already installed and the 64-bit driver added of the same version? I guess the simplest way is to uninstall the printer drivers on both machine and then reinstall them. Other than that, I can't think of anythings that may help.
