ok a few days ago i was making a music video, it had two songs and about 50 video clips. i tried rendering this video and it crashed. i run windows 7 64 bit on a low end gaming pc.

i have vegas 9.0 platnium.

i've hardly ever had this problem with vegas when i had my vista 64bit, i rendered videos twice that size and this one had no effects. drawn out another video of mine had 1 song nearly 30 clips and about 4 effects per clip. i've googled it and some have problems like mine some don't. i had mostly wmvs in the video and was rendering into a wmv.

also vegas was starting to give me problems i've never seen it do, my videos ones that i knew were fine were all red in the explorer, so i saved and reset and the problem went away, but then i went to render and the window to render was all messed up, so i saved reset and it was fine then some videos were causing errors, and they were all wmvs, which in my 5 years of video work the wmv is the safest format of all for videos. imo.

what is wrong with vegas and how do i fix it?

also i photoshop 7 compatible, i tried to install it but it just wouldn't come up, i can't surivive without my photoshop.

also quick note: i'm broke due to buying my new computer, actually i'm more like in debt to my parents. so if it's possible i need a fix for vegas that don't require me to have to buy something.

If it was all working in Vista before, you may aswell downgrade to Vista. As long as it works.
