Is 000WebHost free COMPLETELY free?
SO If I sign up I will not get any invoices for ANYTHING?
Can I also cancel my domain COMPLETELy if I dont want it anymore?

Yes I use them for my Site http://markitzero.site90.com/ and a few others I like them because they are the only decent Free Webhoster that I have found So Far.

I will tell you if your site gets less then 10 visits a month they will start to do a Auto Subdomain cancellation thing and they will send you a Email when it gets to that stage and you can go into the your account and save it from cancelling so they are very good. You can purge a Subdomain or even add more like I have. I will tell you that there MySQL server can be flaky something because they are shared be they come back up shortly after, I rarely have the SQL Server going down.

SO i will not have to worry about any unexpected invoices?
