first, after accidentally deleting the password from my KeyChain (i use it to log into Adium), i forgot it 3 times.

then i couldn't do the security question because it asked for the title of the newest 5 emails in my inbox (which would be pretty hard to do considering i haven't been on in weeks and since Microsoft are useless at filtering out spam and seem to put ALL my useful mail into the junk folder and then deletes it after 10 days etc)

so now that i'm confident i remember what the password is, i have to go thru their stupid CAPTCHA and i enter the letters right altho they keep saying i'm doing it wrong, even with the audio thingy... then they say because ive done it wrong so many times i must wait 24 hrs and this has been happening for a week.


also, the secret question is a bit stupid because i set the question years ago and the question was favorite teacher, how am i supposed to remember if it in reference to school, college, ex-curric etc?

i've got about 17 email addresses - all used for various institutions, plus bankingdetails, paypal, social networking, professional networking, ebay, all the forums im a member on, server logins, remote admins, FTP, software plugin passwords, computer logons, router access, card PINs, cellphone, WiFi, ISP, etc etc etc etc. none of these are supposed to be same or even similar OR written down, how am i supposed to be able to keep track of this sodding data? AAAAAARRRRGH

its just more than a little annoying because because that email address has various sign-ups for certain sites ive waited for ages, and in some cases paid, to join. if it were yahoo, google, godaddy, aol, 123reg etc i would be able to contact somebody, but because its Micro$hit, im basically screwed.

Captcha images are often cached. Clear all browsing data (cache, cookies) then try again. Unfortunately there is no other option. Brute forcing hotmail these days is impossible.
