I think it's obvious from my screen name where my preferences lie
I personally have a Xoom. Had they existed with Honeycomb at the time I bought it, I think I might have been happier with one that has a smaller (but equally high-res) display. The Xoom definitely starts to feel a bit hefty in one hand after a while. The main advantage of the large display is the theoretical ability to view ebooks 2-up (ie, 2 pages side by side, like an open book), but to this day I've never found a pdf (or epub, or mobi) viewer that can actually DO that.
All I want for Christmas is ICS, with full buildable source, for my Xoom and Photon
