How good are you with touchscreen interfaces?

I find that I am much more adept, fast, and accurate at using touchscreens than most of the people I know, yet in general I have poor fine motor control. On my phone, I type extremely fast, I navigate through all the menus really fast, and so on. I am even good at using it without looking , depending on the task. i.e. I can navigate my music pretty well while driving, without looking at my phone. I've just memorized which parts of the screen have the buttons I use the most. Often in relation to physical features on the phone.

I'm curious about whether this is typical for people on the spectrum or atypical.

I make the occasional typo, as you'd expect, but aside from what I'm rather good with touchscreens, yes. Probably because I've owned so many goddamn smartphones :P

I troubleshoot them every day at work...;) I don't find them as tactile as a keyboard, but that's probably experience. They have their uses...

I hate touch screen keyboards. They don't seem to work that well with large callused fingers.
