Firefox. I have used it for the last 7 years and will never leave it for another browser. I like the vast amount of add-ons for it. its secure, its stable and it doesn't hog as much resources as some other browsers do (not going to mention any names).

Some Linux distros customise the look of Firefox with with appearance/layout add-ons, you should be able to disable it and use the default appearance/layout. The look of the default Firefox layout is almost identical to the Windows version.
