help webcam has/have grey screen (missing drivers I heard )?

i got windows 7 home preninum how do i restore my drivers. how do i get my webcam to work again?

help me get a program that updates windows 7 home prenium and restore drives please? (i dont wanna use the command to store ) but i wanna find a program that restores :)

Hi! Whats the make and model number of your web cam?
It might be on the bottom or at least on the box.
