I'm having a few problems with Photoshop. The first one is that the pixel ratio has gone a bit screwy. It's saying that a 2000 pixel image is only around 1200 pixels. Also, whenever I crop an image there's always a transparent gap at the top and bottom of the newly-resized image.

Any helpful solutions would of course be most welcome.

Thanks in advance.

haven't experienced that, try reinstalling, uninstall, delete all the settings etc, and reinstall.

I should have said, but didn't do. There was no problem at all. It just appeared as though there was on one image.

Thanks again, though. :)
