Hey all :)

I'm having trouble crowbarring myself away from my computer screen sometimes, which means that I usually don't get as much sleep as I would like. Does anyone know about an add-on for FireFox that shuts down the browser at a certain time, let's say 11pm?

Thanks ^^

For Firefox, no, but I do know another way to accomplish your task.

Have a look in the settings for your router or firewall under 'Parental Controls' and you might find a way to restrict Internet access after 11pm.

I was going to suggest the same thing, but I think that's only available in Win7 (maybe Vista) and higher.
