i dont get this.....

i keep having avatar issues... can't change it.

i have my pic uploaded at photobucket and it's less than 16kb...

but every time i try to change my profile... it just says that "it needs to be smaller than 16kb"

both photobucket and hovering over my file on my pc says it's under 16kb.

i hate this.

i feel so dumb.

It also has to be smaller than 140 X 140 pixels.

still won't let me. just keeps saying it's too big

when i know it's 15kb and only 81x75 pixels and .jpg

i have like an anti technology aura or something.
