Is it possible to get a scratch out of an iPhone or iPad screen? How?

Maybe, but there are plenty of places that can repair/replace the glass for a very low price and get it right on the first try.

If the glass is shattered it cant be unshattered. Sadly for you a scratch is a small shattering on the screen.

That said if its a big deal for you you can look into tutorials on how to remove a screen and buy a new one to replace the current one(sold on ebay/elsewhere my sister isnt techsavy and she has done it repeatedly(she has awfull luck with phones but loves to show off her high end phone))

I would wait for a bit before replacing it if it only has one scratch though
