How do you find out who/how someone cracked into your bank account?

Call the bank first and tell them exactly which transactions didn't come from you. And if you haven't done so already, set up a different account number and PIN.

I should have specified, how do you find out who the hacker is?(As in his or her identity?) No I'm not going after the hacker either, but I am curious.
Someone, SOMEHOW(I only use game cards with scratch pins for PSN) hacked my PSN/somehow got ahold of my card number? which in turn got ahold of my bank.
In any case, I did get a refund from Sony, and took their suggestion about changing my email. Though I don't remember opening any email from Sony in the first place, that could have been fraud.

You don't - credit card fraud is incredibly difficult to track down - especially if you don't have subpoena power.

When in doubt, your bank will gladly close your account and open a new one...just leave enough $$$ in a checking account to cover any uncleared checks you've written.
