I´d agree on that. I never built one myself, but an IT guy, that is into gaming and worked in an IT-shop, always built them for me.
In comparison to already fixed PCs in shops they were always way better for the same price, and I almost never had any probs with getting a game running.
Because of the guy having moved away, I will have to built my next one as well myself. (In case of emergency, that I mess something up, I have a friend, that as well already builts his own PCs.)
